What we do
With 135 employees and three fully equipped gravure rotaries Rose Druck specializes on the in-line production of brochures, catalogues, magazines and flyers. Our unique technical equipment provides our customers with tailor-made, accurately targeted and successful advertising campaigns.
Even print products including complex options are produced in a single process – from the paper reel to the final product. We can thus reduce lead and set-up times as well as logistical expenditure for our customers.

What makes us special
Print products are "ambassadors" making our customers successful. We develop unique advertising inserts, brochures, flyers, catalogues and magazines with our technical know-how, accuracy in production and our passion for challenges.
- Our machines process the paper webs with a width of up to 267cms at a speed of up to 16 meters per second. We add value to print media with a great variety of additional features.
- R-Cover – our own patent. With a patented additional unit developed in-house we can add an envelope to the print products in-line in a single process. The content and the envelope leave our machines fully stitched and trimmed. The result – perfect quality, much less hassle for our customers as well as time and cost savings.

Where we are heading
We master our technology; but we do not sit back on our current know-how. We are constantly striving for improving our high-quality products and services. We keep challenging our work, developing new products and researching for future processes.
We are currently working on using water-based inks in gravure printing and adjusting our machines accordingly. The first test runs look promising. We thus hope to make a valuable contribution to innovation in our market. We’ll keep you posted!
Our machinery & equipment
What distinguishes us from other printing houses? We strictly focus on in-line production, also when it comes to complex print products. This is the striking feature of our machines. Numerous additional units – some of which we developed in-house – make our rotary presses the perfect special device, unique in the market.
- More than 1000 printing cylinders and 40 different circumferences meet any format request in terms of width or height
- State-of-the-art printing form production with klischographs K6
- Three type KBA TR 6 B rotary presses with a printing width of up to 267cm
- R-Cover unit (proprietary, patented component) for the production of envelope with content in a single process
- The Flexo imprinter is the ninth printing unit for "flying" monochrome printing covering the whole web width and at full speed
- Perforating and punching unit
