At Rose Druck, trainees get to know all areas of the company. Throughout the training period, our junior employees have a mentor at their side, with whom they also take on responsible tasks at an early stage.

At Rose Druck you are given responsibility from the very start and accomplish tasks on your own. You are actively involved and quickly get to know working methods and structures which are useful in every department.
