Ausbildung | Standort Landau | ab August oder September 2022

Farbe auf Papier ​- das klingt zunächst nicht nach hoch­kom­plexer Technik.
​Mit einer Geschwin­digkeit von bis zu 16m pro Sekunde ​jagt eine ​knapp 3 ​Meter breite Papier­bahn durch unsere Tiefdruck­rotation und wird dabei ​4-farbig und beidseitig exakt ​mit detaillierten ​Motiven bedruckt. Noch ​in der Maschine werden ​Stränge geschnitten und zusammen­geführt, das Produkt wird ​​geheftet, gefaltet, beschnitten, oftmals ​mit weiteren Sonderaus­stattungen versehen ​und ​das Endergebnis ist ein komplett fertiges Druckprodukt, das direkt zur Ausliefe­rung bereit steht.
Dafür sind ​ein sehr präzises ​technisches ​Verfahren und viele ​komplexe Inline-Verarbei­tungs­metho­den nötig, die ​unsere zukünftigen Druckerinnen und Drucker von ​Grund auf lernen und beherrschen. 

Was Sie tun

  • Zunächst lernen Sie unser Unternehmen, unsere Stärken und unsere Produkte und Produktions­abläufe kennen. Damit Sie am Ende Ihrer Ausbildung ein breitge­fächertes Wissen aufweisen können, wechseln Sie während Ihrer Ausbildung durch verschiedene Abteilungen und lernen jede Abteilung mit ihren eigenen Abläufen und Anforderungen kennen.
  • In der Betriebstechnik bekommen Sie Einblicke in Aufbau und Funktionsweise der Maschinen und eignen sich grundlegende handwerkliche Fähigkeiten an.
  • In der Druckvorstufe erlernen Sie die vollständige Vorbereitung für eine optimale Druck­produktion sowie die Herstellung von Druck­zylindern mittels galvanischer Methoden.
  • Im Druck erwerben Sie praktisches Wissen über Werkstoffe, richten unsere Tiefdruck­rotationen ein, steuern Druck­prozesse und lernen die Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik kennen. Bei der Überwachung entwickeln Sie ein geschultes Auge für Details, Farben und Qualität der Druck­er­zeug­nisse.
  • Während Ihrer 3-jährigen Ausbildung besuchen Sie die Carl-Hofer-Berufsschule in Karlsruhe.
